Trader Joe’s new S’mores Bars take the delicious combination of honey-sweet graham crackers, melty chocolate, and toasted marshmallows, and transforms it into a delicious square – similar to the brand’s lemon bars. The new S’mores Bars start with a layer of graham-cracker-crumb crust, topped with a middle layer of rich, fudgy brownies. The top of the square is finished with a layer of gooey toasted marshmallows.
But perhaps the best thing about these bars is that there’s no campfire required. The bars are sold frozen so all you need to do is pull them out of the freezer and let them thaw for about two hours. If you prefer to enjoy them warm like the original treat, you can heat them up in the oven or with an air fryer.
