Imperial Palace, 4646 Buffalo Road, Harborcreek Township (Severely dented and swollen cans intended for use and sale; uncovered food in walk-in cooler; no PH thermometer in sushi bar; repackaged food incorrectly datemarked; Person in charge did not demonstrate adequate knowledge of the state food code.)
