Pei Wei is cranking up the heat this month with the debut of new Firecracker Shrimp and a new Salmon Poke Bowl.
To create its latest offerings, Pei Wei has once again teamed up with celebrity chef partner Jet Tila, who is a regular on the Food Network television channel and is the restaurant developer of Dragon Tiger Noodle Co. Chef Tila’s latest dishes include the new Salmon Poke Bowl, which combines Honey-Ginger marinated Salmon Poke with scallions, cucumbers, pickled ginger, crispy onions, fresh cilantro and the brand’s signature Yum Yum sauce, all served over mixed greens and sushi rice. Chef Tila’s other offering is the new Firecracker Shrimp, which combines large, crispy shrimp, wok-tossed in sweet and spicy Firecracker sauce and then topped with scallions.
