Earlier this month, bellagreen debuted daily breakfast at its Plano, Texas, location. The new breakfast menu is available Monday through Friday, while the brand’s exisiting brunch menu is available on the weekends. As Beth Collins, bellagreen’s Chief Marketing Officer, explains, “Our goal is to serve classic breakfast favorites with the better-for-you twist… We’ve designed the menu to be enjoyed on the go or leisurely with others and to satisfy any guest craving – from indulgent to lighter options.”
As for what is actually on the menu, you can expect to find chef-quality items such as challah French toast, fluffy Greek yogurt pancakes, loaded avocado toasts, and veggie-heavy protein bowls.
