Walkers has divided fans after releasing a new hybrid range of crisp flavours.
The British snack food manufacturer, have combined its iconic crisps with Wotsits, Monster Munch, or Doritos flavourings, in a limited-edition range.
Each selected crisp flavouring is central to the snack-aisle in British supermarkets, so the mix-up is certain to confuse the tastebuds of buyers.
The controversial shake-up features the flavours of some of the nation’s favourite crisps: Wotsits Really Cheesy, Monster Munch Pickled Onion, and Doritos Chilli Heatwave on the classic Walkers crisp.
Thousands of fans have taken to social media to share their thoughts on the mind-blowing new creations, but some are less pleased than others.

The one-off crisp range is available for £1.65 for a 5-pack multipack in supermarkets up and down the country, but if you want to try the new creation, you’ve got to be quick because they’re only around for a limited time.
Jonathan Roberts, Senior Brand Manager at Walker’s said: ‘We knew that the launch of these new limited-edition crisps would spark intrigue, as they’re a twist on the iconic and much-loved Wotsits Really Cheesy, Monster Munch Pickled Onion and Doritos Chilli Heatwave products.
‘However, the viral reaction has been much more prominent than we could have ever expected.
‘At Walkers, we’re always committed to bringing fun to the savoury snacks category and love that we have got the nation talking about the new range in such a prominent way.’
After announcing the launch of the new crisps on Twitter, fans on social media were sent into a frenzy.
The iconic brand said: ‘Absurd…ly good? Have you tried the new limited-edition flavours?’ alongside a picture of the new Walkers and combination Wotsits crisps.
The tweet, which raked in over 20,000 views, created hysteria in the comment section.
One said: ‘Not sure if I dare try them, because if I do and then love them, you’ll only then go and discontinue them. I hate it …. hate it when I see limited edition on anything.’








Social media users were quick to share their views on the new crisp flavours, but many weren’t happy about the launch
A second person added: ‘I’ve just bought a multi pack not realising they are the limited addition. Only noticed as I opened the packet to eat one, having craved them all afternoon. My brain was sent monster munch loopy.’
A third said: ‘Just bought all 3 flavours in 6 packs today, can’t wait to try them.’
A fourth person said: ‘Absolutely gross!!! Picked up what I thought were normal wotsits.’
