For those unfamiliar, chicken tikka masala is a classic curry dish of South Asian origin that consists of pairing roasted, marinated chicken with a rich, spiced sauce. Dog Haus’ new Chicken Tikka Masala Sausage offers a clever take on the dish by combining chicken with cumin, garam masala, tomato, ginger, onion, garlic, cream, cilantro, serrano chili, and no casing. The new dish is part of the brand’s ongoing Absolute Würst Sausage Series and can be enjoyed four different ways: the Würst Way on a King’s Hawaiian roll, Your Way with your favorite toppings, the Corn Dog Way encased in the brand’s signature root beer batter, or the Breakfast Way as a burrito-style wrap.
