50 Cent reveals himself to be Helen Mirren fan boy and says her confidence is key to her appeal: ‘She’s gonna be sexy forever’

50 Cent has a bit of a crush on Helen Mirren and he isn’t afraid to admit it. 

‘She’s sexy. She’ll look at you and you go ‘Oh s**t.’ I don’t care how old she get,’ the rapper, 48, said in an interview with Men’s Heath.

‘I don’t give a f**k what nobody says. She’s sexy,’ 50 – whose real name is Curtis James Jackson III, added. 

And it’s not just her legendary beauty that the In da Club rapper – who declared L.A. was ‘done’ due to its zero bail policy –  finds irresistible as he recounted the first time he met the Caligula actress, 78, at the Monte-Carlo Television Festival in 2017.

‘It’s her confidence – it’s everything she is for all of these years. She’s gonna be sexy forever,’ he said.

‘Her husband [director Taylor Hackford] is just right there with her, and he just go, like ‘Ah yeah, that’s just what she does.’ But he notices what you notice. That she’s sexy,’ 50 explained.

And this isn’t the first time the Many Men rapper has sang the praises of the English actress.

During an appearance on Conan O’Brien’s TBS talk show in 2018, the Window Shopper singer recounted running into the 1923 star in the south of France. 

‘I just saw her in the south of France … she just looked at me and there was this interesting thing going on in her eyes,’ 50 recalled. 

‘There is this confidence thing there from being tested and proven. She looks at you like she knows she’s sexy.’ 

Conan poked the proverbial bear asking 50 Cent if he’d make a play on Mirren if Hackford wasn’t a factor.

O’Brien, 60, jokingly asked 50 Cent if he would shoot his shot with Mirren if Hackford, 78, was no longer in the picture.

‘As long as he’s alive I wouldn’t say yes … it’s not right,’ the rapper said. ‘I don’t want anyone waiting on me to get knocked off.’

Mirren and Hackford met on the set of the 1985 film White Nights and started dating the following year.

They tied the knot more than a decade later in 1997. It is her first marriage and Hackford’s third. 

50 Cent recently kicked off his Final Lap Tour to celebrate the 20th anniversary of his debut album, Get Rich or Die Tryin.

The tour makes stops in North America, Europe, Australia, New Zealand and Asia.
