NBC and Bravo reality show stars have accused the networks of ‘covering up sexual violence, condoning revenge porn, exploiting minors and denying mental health treatment’ in a new bombshell legal letter.
Stars complained of ‘grotesque and depraved mistreatment’ in an explosive letter obtained by DailyMail.com, where both current and former celebs said they were ‘mentally, physically, and financially victimized’.
The letter also claimed they were ‘threatened with ruin should they decide to speak out about their mistreatment’.
NBC and Bravo have been contacted for comment over the allegations.
NBC has been accused by its reality show stars of a series of disturbing cover ups
The explosive letter, directed at Bravo Media, E!, and CNBC, which are collectively controlled by NBC Universal, claims that the networks’ widely consumed reality TV universe is the reason the stars’ alleged suffering has ‘remained under wraps for far too long.’
‘The day of reckoning has arrived,’ the letter began, as it claimed network chiefs would deliberately damage the mental health of cast members by plying them with alcohol and depriving them of food and sleep.
When stars complained, they were allegedly denied mental health treatment despite showing signs they were struggling, the letter said.
The networks are also accused of exploiting minors without pay while having them make long term appearances on the shows.
Reality star Bethany Frankel has led the charge, sources told DailyMail.com, who also claimed there have been over 100 emails from talent, producers and various show runners about the issues detailed in the letter.
Showrunners are also accused of distributing, or condoning, ‘the distribution of non-consensual pornography’, and covering up ‘sexual violence’.
At the end of their alleged ordeal, stars were also not allowed to leave their shows, ‘even under dire circumstances’.
The allegations come months after former NBC Universal CEO Jeff Shell was fired after an investigation into sexual harassment, which was sparked when a female employee made a complaint against him.

The letter, written by attorneys for the stars, said that the disturbing behavior had been witnessed ‘on innumerable occasions.’
It is claimed that NBC Universal ‘have exceeded the moral and legal limits permissible in a civilized society’, adding that it has allegedly opened itself up to lawsuits due to ‘intentional infliction of emotional distress, distribution of revenge porn, and false imprisonment.’
