Multiple people reportedly sustained gunshot wounds inside the Brass Mill Center in Waterbury, Connecticut
Multiple victims have been reported following a shooting incident inside a shopping mall in Waterbury, Connecticut, on Tuesday, police said.
The shooting occurred at the Brass Mill Center on Union Street at approximately 4:40 p.m.
“We urge the public to avoid the area to allow emergency personnel to respond effectively and ensure everyone’s safety,” the Waterbury Police Department said in a statement.
Multiple people have been hospitalized with gunshot wounds, according to officials cited by NBC Connecticut.
