According to Abbey Specialty Foods, the new Bergader’s edelblu Blue Cheeses are crafted with care in the Bavarian Alps to give consumers a premium blue cheese product. In total, there are three types of cheese in the new lineup: the edelblu Cream spread, the edelblu Gourmet wedges, and the baking-ready edelblu Cheese Cubes. Each one of the new cheeses is ultra-creamy and rich, but also highly spreadable, making them perfect for both hot and cold applications. As Tom Slattery of Abbey Specialty Foods explains, “These cheeses not only bring exceptional flavor but also add a touch of sophistication to any holiday gathering. We believe they will be a hit with customers looking for premium products to celebrate the season.”
