The Jackson St. Kitchens facility features 22 kitchen units and caters to a variety of food producers, including those involved in meal prep and delivery-only services. By offering affordable, health department-approved kitchen spaces, the partnership seeks to strengthen local economies and improve food security. This setup allows food businesses to operate locally and potentially expand their reach nationwide.
