Ukrainian esports organization Natus Vincere, commonly known as NAVI, has announced a strategic partnership with financial technology company Visa to launch a new esports academy project targeted at youth development. Named the NAVI Visa Academy, this initiative aims to serve as a gateway for young players aspiring to enter the competitive Counter-Strike 2 scene. This partnership also aims to identify potential new additions for NAVI’s academy roster.
The NAVI Visa Academy is designed to cultivate and identify talented players for NAVI Youth, the organization’s official academy team. The selection process involves a meticulously structured three-stage program developed in collaboration with Visa to ensure a comprehensive evaluation of skills and potential.
Notably, the ten best players will be invited to Berlin for the NAVI BootCamp.
