Natus Vincere (NAVI), a prominent Ukrainian esports organization, has partnered with Visa to establish the NAVI Visa Academy. This initiative aims to provide a structured pathway for young talents to enter the competitive world of Counter-Strike 2 (CS2) esports. The academy is designed to identify and nurture players aged 14 to 17 who meet specific criteria, including a minimum ELO rating of 2600 on FACEIT and proficiency in English at a B1 level or higher. The program consists of multiple stages, beginning with an online competition, followed by a two-week bootcamp at NAVI’s Berlin headquarters for the top 10 participants. Ultimately, the five most promising players will be invited to join the NAVI Youth team.
The NAVI Visa Academy not only focuses on skill development but also emphasizes the importance of discipline and professionalism in esports. Participants will receive guidance from experienced coaches and have access to resources provided by NAVI and Visa. The academy aims to create a supportive environment where young players can hone their skills and potentially advance to professional esports careers. This collaboration between NAVI and Visa underscores their commitment to fostering new talent and contributing to the growth of the esports industry.
