Like hot honey, another sweet and spicy flavor that has been gaining mainstream popularity in the U.S. is Tajín seasoning. Though already a staple in Mexico, brands in the U.S. have only recently begun to use the seasoning to create buzz-worthy sweet-heat products like the Mango Tajin Donut by Randy’s Donuts, Tajin Sorbet, and Starbird’s new Elote Chop Salad, which features Tajin-spiced tortilla strips.
