The menu includes Seasonal Vegetables, the Summer Harvest Salad, the California Bowl with Salmon or Chipotle Chicken and the Watermelon Aqua Fresca. The various items each put seasonal ingredients in the spotlight to encourage diners to try something that they might not otherwise have at other times throughout the year. The menu will be available through early fall.
Tender Greens Summer Menu is arriving alongside a few permanent additions to its roster of offerings including the Tender Burger and the Country-Style Fried Chicken.
Speaking on the new items, Executive Chef Oliver Plust said, “Our new menu is a taste of summer. We pride ourselves on sourcing the best seasonal ingredients and creating dishes that highlight their variety of flavors.”
