The inspiring plant-based breakfast tasting menu was informed by dinnertime tasting menus, and at the exclusive event, people got to experience dishes like Alpro almond waffle with creamy almond butter and juicy peaches or crispy curried hashbrowns topped with a creamy coconut yogurt alternative and sweet mango chutney. Event-goers got to savor the five plant-based courses for £5 (plus a small booking fee,) making the creatively reinterpreted breakfast staples accessible for just about £1 per course.
