RoboGarden Inc. and Riipen have launched a new initiative called DIGITAL BOOST, a program aimed at preparing adults for careers in the digital workforce. This partnership combines RoboGarden’s digital skills training with Riipen’s experiential learning opportunities to offer participants hands-on experience through industry projects. Supported by the Government of Canada, the program also provides a stipend to participants who complete their projects.
DIGITAL BOOST offers up to 80 hours of real-world experience where participants apply their newly acquired skills to projects from Riipen’s industry clients, focusing on areas like Full Stack Development and AI. This approach ensures that participants not only learn theoretical skills but also gain practical experience. This enhances their employability in the digital workforce.
By integrating training and practical experience, DIGITAL BOOST aims to bridge the gap between education and employment.
