It is an automated and motorized window cover system that is designed in a biomimetic shape with ergonomic support. It appears like a stone, which is often found along the shorelines due to its smooth texture. It is defined by its rounded edges and curvaceous structure that fits comfortably inside of one’s pal.
It can operate with one hand no matter the hand size and boasts intuitive details for a universal experience. The design came to fruition when Fred Bound, the founder of the design studio Bould Design was working on new degrees of ergonomic care when forming the automated window shade system. He used a stone to contour the device and realized it felt natural.
