The pasta dish is being offered in the new size format that supports five preparation methods including microwave, boil-in-bag, pizza oven/impinger and rapid-cook oven and steamer. This will enable operators to provide a delicious yet convenient meal to patrons with less waste, even if they have limited space available in the existing kitchen area.
Senior Manager, Culinary Innovation at Stouffer Doug McGohan spoke on the Stouffer’s Single-Serve White Cheddar Mac & Cheese saying, “This new single-serve pouch of Stouffer’s White Cheddar Mac & Cheese makes fulfilling orders much more efficient during off-peak hours or slower seasons. With this product innovation, operators now can better control their food costs and eliminate waste without compromising on the same delicious flavor and quality the larger portion is known for.”
