Harry Styles rings in his 30th birthday with a chilly swim in Hampstead Heath before heading out with pals to celebrate milestone

Harry Styles celebrated turning 30 with a chilly cold water swim as he kicked off his birthday on Thursday morning. 

The singer was pictured leaving Hampstead Heath pond with friends as they headed out to continue the festivities. 

Harry wrapped up warm after the cold swim in a black tracksuit and a navy mac. 

The former One Direction star shied away from his eclectic stage style for his 30th and instead cut a low-key figure, wearing a baseball cap and glasses. 

Harry slung a £85 tote bag from Pleasing over his shoulder as he left the lake with his two male pals.

Harry is no stranger to cold water swimming and last month was pictured going for a dip at Hampstead Heath with his girlfriend Taylor Russell. 

Harry and Taylor have been publicly dating since August 2023 but are thought to have been together since several months prior.

They were first romantically linked after they were spotted enjoying an art gallery date in London last June and recently enjoyed a holiday in the Caribbean. 

Harry has spent half of his life in the public eye after he was thrust into the limelight following an X Factor audition when he was 16. 

But The One Direction boys; Liam Payne, Niall Horan, Louis Tomlinson and Zayn Malik have not posted on their respective social medias to honour the occasion.

Harry, who has dated a string of A-listers including Taylor Swift, Kendall Jenner and Olivia Wilde, is yet to receive any birthday messages from his famous exes online.

And while it is so far radio silence from the 1D boys and exes, Harry’s legions of fans took to Twitter and Instagram to wish him a happy birthday.

The cold water swim is somewhat different to how Harry rung in his 29th last year 

Last year, Harry was in his element as he rung in his 29th birthday performing at the Acrisure Arena in Greater Palm Springs 

Harry has only just returned from his romantic Caribbean getaway with Taylor

The cold water swim is somewhat different to how Harry rung in his 29th last year performing at the Acrisure Arena in Greater Palm Springs.

The performance was the final night of the North American leg of his tour.

Harry’s low-key outing comes after he was spotted spending the last day of his twenties riding around London on an electric rental bike on Wednesday. 

Harry recently  touched back down in the UK after a romantic Caribbean getaway with Taylor. 

The singer and Taylor were pictured over the week in what was the first time he had been seen since he was left shaken by stalker Myra Carvalho who has been charged with causing him serious harm or distress.

And while it is so far radio silence from the 1D boys and exes, Harry’s legions of fans took to Twitter and Instagram to wish him a happy birthday 

He had only just returned from his holiday, when it is claimed he was targeted by the woman, 35, in North London.

Myra appeared at Highbury Corner magistrates’ court last Tuesday where, according to The Sun, it was heard she ‘pursued a course of conduct – namely harassment – which amounted to stalking causing serious alarm or distress’.

The publication said the charge added her alleged actions had a ‘substantial adverse effect’ on Harry’s ‘usual day-to-day activities’.

She was also reportedly told as part of the charge she ‘knew, or ought to have known, your course of conduct would cause alarm or distress’.

Myra was remanded in custody and will next appear at Harrow Crown Court in London on 20 February.

A source said: ‘Harry was really shaken up. He had spent the start of the month in Anguilla with Taylor and James Corden and he’d had a great break.

‘This happened not long after he had come back. Harry just wants to carry on as normal, but this has been concerning.’
