Revolution Brewing, which is venerated in Illinois for being the largest independent brewery in the state as well as for its highly decorated array of craft brews, is launching a delicious premium lager that is designed to combine the best of old-world and new-fangled approaches to lager enjoyment.
‘Cold Time’ is a premium lager with a crisp and refreshingly flavored brew that is crafted using pure Great Lakes water, Mexican lager yeast, two-row barley and a hint of German hops. The beer is then brewed slowly and patiently in order to make for a delectable flavor. What’s more, this beer is designed to be consumed fresh from the brewery and so is never pasteurized.
