EastEnders star Liam Hatch has hit back after being mocked over his new role as schoolboy bully Logan.
The actor’s intense storyline has seen him and his gang of pals orchestrate and film an attack on Denzel Danes (Jaden Ladega) after he stood up for girlfriend Amy Mitchell (Ellie Dadd).
Yet rather than talking about the violent scenes, fans haven’t been able to get past Liam’s much older appearance than his co-stars, joking that he ‘couldn’t be taken seriously as a teenager’ and ‘puberty must have hit him like a brick.’
In reality, Liam is 27-years-old so more than a decade older than the character he portrays.
Taking to his Instagram page on Monday, the actor – whose social media is full of racy semi-dressed and nude snaps – addressed the criticism as he highlighted one viral tweet that read: ‘Almost certain that this schoolboy sold me my mortgage…’

Taking to Instagram on Monday, the actor addressed the criticism as he highlighted one viral tweet that read: ‘Almost certain that this schoolboy sold me my mortgage…’
Sharing screengrabs from the show, Liam quipped: ‘The most talked about bully on the street. Ps… I don’t sell mortgages.’

In upcoming EastEnders scenes, viewers will see how Logan’s attack continues to affect Denzel, who will become obsessed with fitness.
His obsession is sparked when Ravi Gulati (Aaron Thiara) takes Denzel and Nugget Gulati (Juhaim Rasul Choudhury) to The Boxing Den to help them work out their emotions through physicality.
