Family Express has announced a new personalized app experience that aims to provide its customers with an intuitive way to access all of their favorite products and services. The retailer partnered with Rovertown on its relaunched app that leverages API integration with different technologies to support new mobile ordering options, faster checkouts thanks to payment auto-filling and even car wash activation. The enhanced experience has been launched to all of the brand’s customers with services available at more than 80 locations across Indiana.
Director of Marketing Ryan Fasel spoke on the Family Express personalized app experience saying, “The standards for what mobile apps can and should do are constantly evolving, and it’s important for us to stay ahead of those trends. Our new app platform, and the capabilities we’ve carefully selected, build a foundation that allows us to delight customers for years to come.”
