It’s pretty confusing to understand where Love Island USA season 5 couple Leonardo Dionicio and Kassy Castillo stand since they seem to be on completely different pages. The two have gone back and forth a lot this season after coupling up on day one at the villa. After Leo chose Kassy over Anna Kurdy, he got to know Anna, and Kassy called things off. He started performing sweet gestures like leaving her her favorite drink at her makeup station and writing a loving message with lipstick on her mirror. Kassy wasn’t going to forgive him so easily, but she did enjoy the gesture and admitted after Casa Amor that she still had feelings for Leo.
However, in the recent Love Island USA episode, Kassy said several times that things were over between her and Leo. One of these times was when she went on a surprise date with new bombshell Scott van-der-Sluis from Love Island UK season 10. However, she also looked happy when Leo kissed her during the episode’s challenge, even if she claimed it didn’t count as putting effort toward her since it was only a game. Leo was the reason Kassy couldn’t go all in on her relationship with Matia, so it’s clear no matter what she says her feelings for Leo are still there. If Leo’s Love Island USA date night goes well, he and Kassy might be back together for good.
