Teclast has expanded upon the T40 series, which was already at four members already with the T40, T40S, T40 Plus and T40 Pro. Now, it has introduced the T40 Air, a compact tablet that centres around a 10.4-inch IPS display. According to Teclast, the display outputs natively at 2,000 x 1,200 pixels with a 60 Hz refresh rate, a 120 Hz touch sampling rate and 350 nits peak brightness.
Additionally, Teclast combines the display with a Unisoc Tiger T616 chipset, 8 GB of RAM and a 7,200 mAh battery that supports 18 W wired charging. Moreover, the company boasts that the T40 Air weighs 460g and is 7.5 mm thick. However, these yield a footprint that is not dramatically different from other T40 series models.
Furthermore, Teclast includes 256 GB of storage that can be expanded with up to 1 TB MicroSD cards. Elsewhere, the tablet provides 13 MP rear and 8 MP front-facing cameras, although neither are optically stabilised. Currently, the T40 Air is available for €212,95 in a Space Grey finish with Android 13 pre-installed. Please see Teclast’s website for more details.
