The Applebee’s Chicken Quesadilla Salad is being added to the brand’s menu as a permanent offering that’s perfect for hungry diners to try out this summer. The salad starts off with fresh greens with grilled chicken mixed with a Mexi-ranch dressing before being paired with black bean corn salsa and a blend of cheddar cheeses. The salad comes with quesadillas right on the side that are made with cheese and topped with tortilla strips alongside a house-made pico de gallo.
The Applebee’s Chicken Quesadilla Salad is being launched alongside two new $5 Sunshine Sips cocktails including the Tipsy Sunset and the Electric Long Island Iced Tea. Both cocktails are made with premium liquor, but will only be available for a short time.
