The BBC sports presenter, 38, showcased her toned abs in a skimpy black crop-top and shorts as she made the most of the sunny weather.
Former footballer Alex completed the casual look with trainer and a black and gold Van Cleef and Arpels necklace – costing a whopping £10K.
Meanwhile pop star Jess, 33, showed off her own trim midriff in a cropped white T-shirt which she wore with baggy jeans.
Sweeping her long ginger looks into a high ponytail the hitmaker shielded her eyes behind a pair of stylish shades.

The friends appeared in high spirits as they enjoyed a chat and drank outside the pub before heading off together down the busy street.
Although Alex hasn’t publicly confirmed if she is currently in a relationship with anyone, the former Lioness opened up about her romance with teammate Kelly Smith in her memoir
Candidly admitting that her fellow athlete was her ‘first love’ as she spoke of the ‘heartbreak’ that followed when they split.
Meanwhile Jess previously spoke about ‘not putting a label’ on her sexuality in an 2015 interview with The Daily Star.
Saying: ‘I’ve only ever been with one girl in my life and that’s the girl from my album [2015’s I Cry When I Laugh]’.
Adding: ‘I’m never going to put a label on my sexuality and people should never feel uncomfortable about who they love’.
The friends were also pictured as they attended the Wimbledon Tennis Championship together in June.
Last month Alex was announced as an ambassador for domestic abuse charity Refuge, less than year after she first spoke about experiencing abuse from her father.

She said it is ‘an incredible honour’ to be joining the charity, with whom she was already working with closely since the launch of her book How (Not) To Be Strong in September 2022.
She added that she wants to use her voice and platform to spread awareness of domestic abuse and ‘ensure that women know what support is available.’
Refuge have said that they are extremely ‘proud’ and ‘grateful’ to Scott for her previous and continuing support.
In her memoir, Scott described her father Tony as a ‘controlling violent drunk’ who was ‘stupidly cruel’ and said that she and her brother would often hear him beating their mother.
Her father vehemently denied the allegations, saying he was ‘strict but never violent.’

He added: ‘I have no idea why she’s saying all this stuff. Perhaps she is judging me by today’s standards, I don’t know. Parents were a lot tougher back then.’
Alex responded telling the BBC: ‘I almost feel angry at myself that I’m allowing him to hurt me again by those claims.’
Since her father’s denial, Scott has continued to discuss her experiences, and references them as she becomes a Refuge ambassador.
She said: ‘I first started working with Refuge following the launch of my book, in which I opened up about my experience of domestic abuse as a child.
‘Since then, I have learned so much more about the scale of domestic abuse in society and the impact sharing your experience can have on fellow survivors.’

The former Lioness, capped 140 times, revealed in June that she is still suffering from terrifying flashbacks of her childhood.
In announcing Scott as a partner, Refuge’s Chair of Trustees, Hetti Barkworth-Nanton, said: ‘We know that when we campaign together, we can make real change.’
Scott was joined as a new ambassador by Rosemary Reed, creator of Sky Arts’ Living The Life.
