The Osaka-Kansai World Expo 2025 coin has been debuted as a commemorative 1,000 yen coin from the Osaka City Mint as a keepsake for collectors to incorporate into their collection. The coin will be limited to 50,000 examples that each feature the likeness of the man-made island of Yumeshima in full color on one side along with the logo of the event itself embossed onto the reverse side. The collectible coin is minted in sterling silver and weighs in at 31.1-grams.
The Osaka-Kansai World Expo 2025 coin is priced at 13,800 yen and is being offered now for fans to pick up in anticipation of the event. The coin is expected to rise in value given its limited nature and precious metal composition.
