Additionally, the tablet is said to feature an 11-inch LCD panel with a 1,920 x 1,200-pixel native resolution that also outputs at 90 Hz with 70% NTSC colour space coverage. Moreover, the 8-bit colour panel is said to deliver 400 nits peak brightness and a 1,500:1 contrast ratio with an 84.4% screen-to-body ratio. Appuals adds that Xiaomi has also equipped the Redmi Pad SE with an 8,000 mAh battery that supports 10 W charging via its sole USB Type-C port.
Reportedly, Xiaomi will advertise the tablet as delivering up to 21 hours of uninterrupted video playback or 12 hours of gaming, despite the inherent weakness of the tablet’s Adreno 610 GPU. Furthermore, the Redmi Pad SE has 8 MP rear and 5 MP front-facing cameras, plus four speakers that support Dolby Atmos. Currently, it is unclear when Xiaomi will present the Redmi Pad SE. The tablet will eventually hit shelves in grey, green and purple finishes though, all with the same underlying hardware.
