It’s entirely updated, of course — the pan is built from their classic enameled cast iron, which is known for how well it distributes and retains heat, and no seasoning is required. It’s safe on all stovetops and in the oven up to 500 degrees Fahrenheit, and the sturdy enamel is easy to clean. You might’ve assumed the cast iron was unwieldy, but the brand claims it’s the “lightest-weight cast iron by quart on the market.”
