Kelly Bensimon and her fiancé Scott Litner looked smitten with each other as they were spotted for the first time since their engagement.
The former RHONY star, 55, and the financier, 54, were on their way to dinner in New York City on Thursday.
The couple were photographed holding hands and discussing something as they walked along the sidewalk in Manhattan’s affluent SoHo neighborhood.
Bensimon showed off her incredible legs in a light green off-the-shoulder mini dress and a pair of silver strappy high heels.
The model completed her night out look with several bracelets on both of her wrists, a black necklace and her sparkly engagement ring.
She wore her long dirty blonde hair in effortless beach waves and her skin had a sun-kissed glow.

As for Litner, he looked sharp in a light blue, long sleeved collar shirt, which he wore underneath a navy blue suit coat.
The 54-year-old completed his look with a pair of white pants, a pair of brown oxford shoes, and a silver watch on one of his wrists.
Bensimon confirmed their engagement to E! News last month, telling the outlet that she ‘never thought that I could be so happy at this stage in my life.’
Bensimon continued: ‘This is truly a new beginning. We have a romance that people write novels about.’
That same day, she showed off her engagement ring for the first time at the premiere party for Luann and Sonja: Welcome to Crappie Lake, the latest Bravo spinoff of The Real Housewives franchise.

Bensimon and Litner have been together for a year and generally keep their relationship private.
But she did tell DailyMail.com exclusively in June that she lost 10lbs recently from having ‘a lot of sex.’
The couple’s impending nuptials will be Bensimon’s second marriage and the financier’s third.

She first tied the knot with French fashion photographer Gilles Bensimon in 1997 but they split 10 years later.
The former couple share two daughters: 25-year-old Sea and 23-year-old Thaddeus ‘Teddy.’
According to a statement by Bensimon’s representative, Litner has children from his two previous marriages.
However, the number of kids, in addition to their identities, remain unknown.
The news of the couple’s engagement comes two months after it was announced that Bensimon would make her return to reality TV.
She will appear on the fourth season of The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip, which follows several fan-favorite Real Housewives stars as they vacation together.
The season will be called ‘Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip: RHONY Legacy’ as it will feature former RHONY stars from the show’s first thirteen seasons.

RHONY was complete recast for season 14 of as a result of the low-ratings and drama from the previous season.
In addition to Bensimon, the rest of cast for Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip: RHONY Legacy, includes Luann De Lesseps, Sonja Morgan, Dorinda Medley, Kristen Taekman and Ramona Singer.
The season will take place in St. Barths and will premiere in December 2023 on Peacock.
Kelly was previously part of the main cast from season two to season four of RHONY before appearing as a ‘guest’ housewife on seasons six and seven.
