The Marc Jacobs model was seen in a strappy chocolate brown sports bra top that flashed her toned midsection, adding matching micro shorts from Alo.
At one point the 21-year-old cover girl wore a royal blue jacket to keep the morning chill out as she stayed comfortable in sneakers while adding white headphones and brown oval-shaped sunglasses.
Gerber was not alone: with the catwalk queen was her small white dog that ran in front of her while on a long leash.
This sighting comes on the same day that her 57-year-old mother Cindy Crawford debuted on the September cover for both US and British Vogue along with her Nineties supermodel pals Christy Turlington, Linda Evangelista and Naomi Campbell.

Mom Cindy certainly had a nice Friday.
The looker landed the cover of US/UK Vogue with Evangelista, 58, Campbell, 53, and Turlington, 54. It is Cindy’s 19th cover of US Vogue.
They all posed side by side for the September 2023 issue, which is the big fall fashion issue.
The cover girls all wore dark colors as they posed for shutterbug Rafael Pavarotti. The issue hits newsstands August 22.
The ladies are plugging the new Apple TV+ docuseries The Supermodels which will premiere on September 20.
The four-part show focuses on the top models of the 1990s.
The series is directed by Academy Award winner Roger Ross Williams and Larissa Bills, while it was executive produced by Brian Grazer and Ron Howard’s Imagine Documentaries.
‘There was a sisterhood there, defined by caring and loyalty: When one is down you pick the other one up,’ Campbell shared with Vogue.

The ladies also said they were able to avoid the abuses that were in the fashion industry in the 90s.
‘It’s just luck and grace, honestly. I felt like my career took off pretty quickly, so maybe there were more eyes on me and they couldn’t get away with stuff,’ said Turlington. ‘But I don’t even think it was that: Predatory people are predatory people.’
‘You’d get invited to a party on someone’s yacht and I’d think, What do you even wear on a yacht? What fork do you use? So I would just not go,’ added Cindy. ‘Yes, I probably missed out on some fabulous opportunities but probably avoided some less than fabulous opportunities as well.’
Naomi said she was tough in her youth: ‘I come from a strong line of Black women, Jamaican women. If something felt wrong, I told it. I spoke up.’
Evangelista talked losing the perks that come with fame.
‘Out of sight, out of mind. Now we buy our tickets and we sit with the fans in nosebleed—we’re fine with that. I wanted to have a very normal upbringing for my child,’ she said of attending games with her son Augie, who she shares with ex François-Henri Pinault, Salma Hayek’s current husband.
‘We went to Chanel a couple of weeks ago to get a present and we waited half an hour to get in,’ she added. ‘[Augie] said, ‘Isn’t there someone you could call?’ I do not want an entitled child.’
Meanwhile, Kaia has been happy in love.

The budding model is the daughter of Crawford and Rande Gerber, 61, who is one of the founders of Casamigos, along with George Clooney.
