Additionally, the product is sweetened with zero grams of refined sugar and delivers six percent of one’s daily iron content when prepared with oil and water. Key allergy-friendly ingredients include Upcycled Coffee Cherry Flour sourced from the husk of coffee beans, fiber- and antioxidant-rich Dark Chocolate Chips, and Mochiko Sweet Rice Flour sourced from Koda Farms. The brownies resulting from the plant-based baking mix will have a chewy and crispy texture.
Bake Me Healthy has also committed to donating one percent of all sales to 1% for the Planet.
