Dowen Farmer Architects’ proposal boasts a ghost kitchen tower that is designed with a cubic form, clad in metal mesh. The inclusion of large openings and terraces across its facade adds dynamism to the structure. The tower will have 260 rentable ghost kitchens, catering to local shops and restaurants. Additionally, the ground floor features a public food hall that aims to create a sense of community by accommodating 50 to 100 cafes, street vendors, and restaurants.
