Under Armour has taken a significant step in customer engagement by introducing its first loyalty program, ‘UA Rewards.’ This new customer loyalty program was created to help the brand engage with its customer base directly, providing them with tangible benefits to keep them coming back.
“Our consumers are incredibly engaged with our brand and UA Rewards will enable a deeper connection, delivering the value and benefits they’ve been craving,” said Under Armour CEO Stephanie Linnartz.
With ‘UA Rewards,’ members gain exclusive access to new merchandise ahead of the public release, special events, and exclusive video content featuring prominent Under Armour athletes and fitness experts.
‘UA Rewards’ can be accessed online, on the brand’s mobile app, and at Under Armour stores.
