The product is made with a 100% wheat mashbill sourced from experimental crop fields, which is reported to impart a much softer profile than its rye and corn-based bourbon. The spirit is a single-barrel expression that has been bottled at 100 proof and limited to 23 barrels in total.
The WhistlePig FarmStock Beyond Bonded straight wheat whiskey is only available in Vermont where interested parties can pick it up until the end of summer. The distillery is also launching additional options within its FarmStock range to help spirit enthusiasts get ready for the cooler weather months.
