NFL star Tom Brady is building himself a lavish new pad in Los Angeles as he moves on in the wake of his divorce from supermodel Gisele Bündchen, sources tellDailyMail.com.
Brady, 45, has been without a home on the West Coast since 2014 when he sold his custom-designed moated ‘French chateau’ to Dr. Dre for an eyewatering $40million.
Photos of the dad-of-three checking out his new home emerged in May – but DailyMail.com can disclose the new house has been in the works since July 2020.
In an April 2021 social media post, interior design firm Annette English + Associates described the project as being ‘a space we’ve envisioned for a young, growing family—one that maximizes the California climate, and that allows the family to thrive’.
The 14,000sqft property is not yet complete, with Brady currently renting a pad in LA – the one he was seen taking new love Irina Shayk, 36, to in photos that emerged last month.
But when it is, the property – located in LA’s ritzy Brentwood neighborhood – will prove a luxurious love nest – boasting a vast master bedroom with an en suite bathroom, its own wine cellar and a gorgeous rectangular pool set in landscaped gardens.

Although smaller than Brady’s previous LA home – which sits on four acres of land and stretches over 18,000sqft – architectural renderings seen by DailyMail.com show it will be just as impressive.
The house, which was designed by the same architectural firm as Brady’s previous LA residence, will have a large dining area and a sitting room complete with a large TV and a football table.
The renderings, published on the Landry Design Group’s website, also show that the master bedroom will have its own terrace and will eventually be furnished in tasteful neutral shades, while the sleek modern bathrooms will come with expensive marble cladding.
Other features include an outdoor ‘bar-lounge’ and a massive marble kitchen that comes with a huge white marble island for Brady to eat at.
Unsurprisingly given Brady’s dedication to fitness, the house will also have what the interior designers describe as ‘a state-of-the-art gym’ in an update on the project posted on Instagram.
Although Brady is now mainly based in Miami, Florida, where ex-wife Gisele has a home, he is from California and was raised in San Mateo; a small Bay Area City.
The new property is just 28-miles from the home of his eldest sister Maureen, 50, who lives in the Los Angeles suburb of Agoura Hills.

It will also prove convenient for his new role at the Las Vegas Raiders after he purchased a minority stake in the team in June, which he described as ‘a dream come true’.
Vegas is less than 40 minutes from LA by air or a straightforward four-hour drive across the Mohave Desert.
Brady has spent much of his time in Los Angeles, following his tryst with Shayk at the Beverly Hills Hotel.
Meanwhile, his ex Gisele Bündchen took a trip home to Brazil and shared snaps from the vacation on her Instagram.
‘What a magical place! I am so recharged and inspired,’ she captioned a series of 10 photos, adding a praying hands emoji.
In the first photo, the supermodel is sitting on a swing on a tree branch.
The former Victoria’s Secret Angel – who turned 43 last month – showed off her fit figure in a sports bra and leggings. Her hair was in one thick braid down her back and a black ball cap sat on her head.
The second photo featured a closeup of a beautiful blue, green and yellow parrot that appeared to be smiling for the camera.
