Goose Island Beer Co. taps Angel’s Envy and Eagle Rare for its newest bourbon lineup, which will debut on Black Friday in November 2023. The collaboration is unique, as most breweries do not work directly with large distilleries. The collection comprises the ‘Bourbon County Brand Original Stout,’ ‘Bourbon County Brand Eagle Rare 2-Year Reserve Stout,’ ‘Bourbon County Brand Angel’s Envy 2-Year Cask Finish Stout,’ ‘Bourbon County Brand Bananas Foster Stout,’ ‘Bourbon County Brand Backyard Stout’ and the ‘Bourbon County Brand Proprietor’s Stout.’
Using a unique barrel-aging process, Goose Island’s new collaborative release serves as the brand’s dedicated lineup for 2023 Bourbon County Brand Stout (BCBS).
